Judge Dismisses Donald Trump's "Millionaire" Suit

A book calls Donald Trump a multi-millionaire. While many people would be over the moon to be called one, even in Hollywood, Donald Trump is not one of them, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.
In fact, Donald Trump got ballistic when called by Timothy O'Brien, author of TrumpNation: The Art of Being the Donald, as a multi-millionaire with $150 million to $250 million in net worth. Donald Trump sued O'Brien because his public image has been harmed by the erroneous net worth, claiming he is worth more than that. Donald Trump says he is actually a billionaire and that because of the book he lost major business deals he was currently negotiating.
A Superior Court judge banged the gavel and declared, "You're dismissed!" to Donald Trump's lawsuit, finding no "actual malice" in the case.
Trump's lawyer will appeal the ruling, while O'Brien says it's "deeply gratifying", referring to the dismissal, not the millions.
